during the transition
from development to
production.

overall productivity of
the Engineering Team.

independently, manage
projects; supervise,
confidential.
Education Requirements:
Minimum 4 year
Engineering Degree in
Ceramics, Materials,
Chemistry or Electrical
Engineering. Advanced
degree is desirable. PC
and working knowledge of
Windows, MS Excel, MS
Word and MS Access
required.
Experience Required:
Four years of product
development experience
in the passive
component, thick film or
LTCC industry.
Familiarity with ISO
quality concepts.
Experience with DOE’s,
FMEA’s and APQP. or LTCC
industry. Experience
with Lean Manufacturing
Principles a plus.
