The candidate will be responsible for sustaining and the engineering life-cycle of all the existing disk-based product line.  The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership of cross-functional engineering responding to field support issues, product manufacturing issues, and manufacturing reliability testing. This candidate will participate in the collection of various field data to analyze complex issues. The candidate will also work closely with the third-part vendor to address issues pertaining to hardware failure. 

Knowledge of storage protocols like NFS, CIFS, iSCSI & FCP.  Familiar with storage systems like FC, SAS and SATA protocols.  Must be familiar with iSCSI & FC protocol analyzer.  Must be familiar with Windows, Linux, Solaris, and HPUX. Required proficiency in Perl, Phython or similar scripting language. Experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of networking products and storage devices., Education required: BS in Technical area, or equivalent experience, Good written and verbal communication skills.
